Nigeria Senate wants the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to announce the result of the annulled June 12,1993 Presidential Election. The Upper Chamber has also asked the Buhari administration to ensure that all the entitlements due to the Late, Moshood Kashimawo Olawale MKO, Abiola and Babagana Kingibe as President and Vice President be paid to them.

Zvimba east Zanu PF aspiring candidate and late Air Marshal Josiah Tungamirai’s son is tormenting a Nyabira farmer over a land wrangle . Tawanda Tungamirai, who is currently the Darwendale councillor and is representing Zanu PF in the forthcoming polls was hauled before the Banket Magistrates Court by Jealous Kamweji facing a litany of accusations that include assault, malicious damage to property and death threats.

Already, some supporters of both sides have started causing skirmishes and violently attacking persons they deem their parties’ enemies.

An upcoming AfroJazz musician and his brother have reportedly gone into hiding following a series of threats from ZANU PF youths in Chitungwiza, it is being alleged. Speaking to this publication, Delight Mhakure, a friend of the two brothers Innocent and Brighton Sibanda, said the whereabouts of his friends are not yet known and fears are abound that they might have been abducted.
