By Own Correspondent – The Special Criminal Court yesterday acquitted one Rameh Trawally who was standing trial for murder, after it ruled that the prosecution’s case “lacks evidence”. “I hold that the prosecution had woefully failed to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt that Rameh Trawally was culpable for the offence he stands charged,” presiding judge Joseph Ikpapa said in delivering judgment. 26 July 2011 – The international medical aid agency Medécins Sans Frontières MSF (Doctors Without Borders) is deeply concerned by the relocation of Somali refugees in Dadaab to Ifo 3 extension camp. The relocation, which began yesterday under the auspices of the UNHCR, has been carried out with little transparency or consultation with other agencies on the ground and the refugee community. The Moroccan C-130 Hercules aircraft crashed near Guelmim, just north of the disputed Western Sahara territory. The plane was travelling from Dakhla, in the Western Sahara, to Kinitra in northern Morocco. The production centre a three bed room bungalow located around Iba, Ojo Local Government Area of Lagos State has a production capacity of twenty to fifty kilogram’s per cycle, hence making it a large production centre similar to what is found in Mexico.
