Speaking at a press conference in Harare, Collen Timeo who is founder of Timz Creative Arts Group said he came up with the idea after realising from his own experiences that there are many budding artistes who fail to attain their dreams because of lack of exposure so the hub will be a launch pad for most aspiring artistes.
