Even though officials of Glo are very tight lipped over the news of the upcoming event, a reliable source who spoke to Peacefmonline.com on condition of anonymity said he cannot confirm or deny that Glo is putting together such an event.

When Peacefmonline.com contacted Hiplife grandpapa Reggie Rockstone who is one of the 17 Glo ambassadors, he said he is aware that Glo will put together a couple of big shows for their official launch in Ghana next month but has no details of the event.

Asked if he is aware of any American stars coming to Ghana to grace the big event, Reggie said he has also heard rumours that Glo is planning on bringing a number of foreign stars like Nicki Minaj, Rihanna among others to Ghana, but quickly added that if the rumors were indeed true, Glo would have communicated it to him and the other ambassadors.

“Glo is a multi-billion International company and they are capable of bringing all these stars to Ghana and more, so I will not be surprised. I think we should just wait and see”, Reggie said.
