Uganda: Cranes speak aloud after victory against Guinea Bissau

By Katongole Kiwanuka – After a historic win against Guinea Bissau on Saturday in the 2012 Africa Nations cup qualifiers, Pepper sport brings you what some of the stars considered the win to be.

Andy Mwesigwa – Central Defender. He played alongside Ibrahim Sekagya. He will return to Kazakhstan on Wednesday to play a league game the following day against Taraz.

“I am proud to be a Ugandan today. Thank u lord for making me happy by answering my prayers,” he said.

Ibrahim Sekagya the team captain said that “the God with my Cranes is EXCEPTIONAL!! Thank you all for the support all over”.

Midfielder Tony Mawejje instead dedicated the win to his teammates. “Good job indeed. Well done boys,” is all he said after the game.
