Dior

Resume: Lowit got her start in textile design, only attending fashion shows to photograph her textiles turned into dresses and skirts. Before long, she realized her love for photography outweighed her love of textile design, giving way to candid backstage photography, which no one else was shooting at the time. Having now photographed everything from Vivienne Westwood ad campaigns to editorials in Vogue, her experience is legendary.

Inside: Packed with gorgeous pictures of the theatrical and effervescent drama that defines a Dior show plus a forward from Galliano and contributions from Suzy Menkes, Simon Doonan and The Fashionistas Advisory Board member — Valerie Steele, this book is one for the coffee table.
