Berlin, Germany. Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The 2nd eLearning Africa Photo Competition has met with a fantastic response. Dozens of photo enthusiasts from across Africa have submitted inspiring pictures since this year’s contest opened last month. eLearning Africa is the largest pan-African conference on Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) for Development, Education and Training, which will take place from May 25th – 27th in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
