Ghana: Great outing for Ghana showbiz industry at Big Brother Africa

VIP (Vision in Progress) is made up of Promzy (Emmanuel Promzy Ababio), Prodigal (Joseph Nana Ofori), and Lazzy (Abdul Hamid Ibrahim) from Nima. Internationally, VIP has performed in the United States of America, United Kingdom, Amsterdam, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and South Africa among others.

Don’t forget to watch out for DJ Kess from YFM on the 18th of June as she works the turn tables at the Saturday house party. DJ Kess plays during the Y Lounge – Mondays – Thursdays and Saturday mornings. Ghana’s number one DJ, DJ Black has been named as one of two Ghanaian DJs to rock the Saturday night house party in the Big Brother Amplified House.

Black, host and DJ of Joy FM’s Open House Party which airs every Saturday on the nation’s number one radio station, Joy 99.7 FM, will rock the house on June 25.The other DJ, DJ Kess of YFM will however be the first to turn the turn-tables in the house come June 18.

For some time now, several DJs from countries whose representatives are in the Big Brother Africa reality show have been invited by organisers as guest DJs to play in the Big Brother House.Tagged as the DJs DJ in Ghana, Black has undoubtedly carved a niche for himself as one of Africa’s finest.

Known in real life as Mr. Kwadwo Ampofo he holds a BA in Communications and a Diploma in Public Administration – a DJ with a Degree.He was ranked by MNet’s Studio 53 Extra as Africa’s second best Disc Jockey.

This will not be the first ‘Mr Tuntum’, as he sometimes affectionately called, will be displaying his skills out side Ghana. He has on countless occasions turned the tables at several shows in several countries including Liberia and in South Africa on Channel O.
